  • Jamie Reynolds (vocals, bass guitar), James Righton (vocals, keyboards/synthesizers), Simon Taylor [aka %22Captain Strobe%22] (guitar, backing vocals). Augmented for live shows by Steffan Halperin on drums. He also appeared in the %22Atlantis To Interzone%22 video. Leading band as a part of the so-called 'Nu-Rave' movement in the UK, who mix indie-rock guitars with an edge of early-90's rave influences. On 17 July 2007 %22[r=910535]%22 was announced as one of the 12 albums nominated for the annual 2007 Mercury Music Prize. With Bat For Lashes being the favourite to win, at the ceremony held at London's Grovenor House on Tuesday 4 September 2007, when the winner was announced by Jools Holland at 10:15pm, despite being regarded as rank outsiders by the bookies, they won. In 2014 they split up. Their last live gigs where in early 2015.

  • Klaxons are an English band, based in London. Following the release of several 7-inch singles on different independent record labels, as well as the success of previous singles %22Magick%22 and %22Golden Skans%22, the band released their debut album, Myths of the Near Future on 29 January 2007. The album won the 2007 Nationwide Mercury Prize. After playing festivals and headlining tours worldwide (including the NME Indie Rave Tour) during late 2006–2007, the band started working on their follow-up album in July 2007. Klaxons' second album, Surfing the Void, was released on 23 August 2010. Their 3rd album, Love Frequency, was released on 16 June 2014.
